Florida Service Animals offers a 100% full refund if our Florida-licensed clinician cannot ethically support your ESA or PSD letter after a genuine telehealth evaluation. We never alter clinical decisions — your refund is automatic if the clinician cannot support your request.
Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Our Florida-licensed clinician determines they cannot ethically support your ESA or PSD letter
- Technical issues prevent your telehealth evaluation from being completed
- You cancel before your telehealth evaluation is scheduled
Non-Refundable Situations
- Your Florida ESA letter has been issued and delivered
- Your Florida landlord rejects a letter that meets HUD 2020 standards (this is a landlord compliance issue, not a letter quality issue)
- You change your mind after letter delivery
- You provide false information during evaluation (refund forfeited)
How to Request a Refund
Email support@floridaserviceanimals.org with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Florida Consumer Protection
Florida residents have additional consumer protection rights under applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. Our refund policy complies with Florida consumer protection law.
